ST999 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ST999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and ST999 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at st999.click. By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet through ST999, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any service offered by ST999. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds in the account will be forfeited.

• You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from entering into binding online agreements.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ST999 or any of its associated companies.

By registering on ST999, you confirm that all of the above eligibility conditions are met and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and current. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on ST999. Duplicate accounts – whether created by the same person under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses, or created on behalf of another person – are strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any pending winnings being voided.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.
• You must provide an accurate date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.
• The name on your ST999 account must match the name on your payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, or card).
• You must provide a valid and accessible email address for account communications.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your ST999 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ST999 staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered. ST999 is not liable for losses incurred through unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

ST999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your CNIC or passport) before processing withdrawals or if your account activity raises a compliance flag. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals (PKR)

All financial transactions on ST999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no exchange rate exposure, and no hidden transaction fees charged by ST999 on deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card.
• Deposits are credited to your ST999 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.
• ST999 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash; 2–4 hours for IBFT bank transfer on business days.
• ST999 may request identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in Section 7 before withdrawal is permitted.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ST999 are governed by these general betting rules and, where applicable, by the sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed on the relevant betting page. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed via the bet slip. Bets cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation except via the Cash Out feature where available.
• Minimum single bet stake: Rs 100. Minimum accumulator stake: Rs 100 total.
• ST999 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, or to impose maximum stake limits on specific markets at any time.
• Odds displayed at time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet is accepted, unless you have selected "Accept any odds change" in your account settings.
• In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds to be displayed, ST999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets.

Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

For cricket matches, including all PSL 2025 fixtures, the following applies on ST999: if a match is abandoned without a ball bowled, all pre-match bets are void and stakes returned. If a match is reduced in overs due to weather and completed with a DLS result, match winner bets stand on the official result. If a match is suspended mid-innings and not completed within 48 hours, all outstanding bets are void.

Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets on ST999 are accepted at the price displayed at the moment the "Confirm Bet" button is pressed. ST999 may suspend live markets at any point during a match without notice. Bets that have been fully confirmed before suspension are valid; bets in process at the time of suspension may be voided and stakes returned at ST999's discretion.

6. Casino and Games

ST999 offers live casino, jackpot slots, and fishing games to registered Pakistani players. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are displayed within each game's information panel.

• Casino games on ST999 are for entertainment purposes. The house maintains a mathematical edge on all games.
• Players must not attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics. Any winnings from exploited glitches will be voided.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may change at any moment due to other players' activity across the network.
• ST999 is not responsible for disconnections during live casino sessions caused by the player's internet connection. Game results will reflect the state at the point of disconnection based on server records.
• Fishing game scores and outcomes are determined by certified server-side logic. Client-side displays are for visual purposes only.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

ST999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and PSL season promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed with each offer. The general bonus policy described in this section applies to all promotions unless specifically overridden.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 using bonus funds before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. Only bets placed on qualifying markets contribute toward wagering requirements – casino games and specific low-margin sports markets may be excluded.

Bonus Abuse

ST999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, exploiting deposit/withdrawal sequencing to extract bonus value without genuine play. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and the account may be suspended.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ST999 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without their authorisation.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or stolen payment credentials.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing or insider betting using non-public information.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate casino game outcomes.
• Using any exploit, cheat, or vulnerability in ST999 software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any behaviour that ST999 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ST999 staff or other users through any communication channel.

ST999 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to relevant Pakistani authorities and to cooperate fully with any official investigation. Detection of prohibited conduct does not require conviction – a reasonable basis for suspicion is sufficient grounds for account suspension under these Terms.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ST999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that the account is being used for prohibited purposes, or that the continued operation of the account creates legal or financial risk for ST999 or its users.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, access to betting and withdrawals will be restricted pending the outcome of the review. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited. If no breach is found, full access will be restored and any pending legitimate withdrawals processed.

Users may request self-closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team at support@st999.click. Self-closure requests for responsible gaming purposes will be processed within 24 hours. Accounts closed by the user may be reopened after a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days, at ST999's discretion.

10. Responsible Gaming

ST999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all our Pakistani users. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a way to earn money, solve financial problems, or cope with stress or personal difficulties. If gambling stops being fun, it is time to take a break.

ST999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible through your account settings:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit in a given period. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to remind you of how long you have been active on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for 1, 7, or 30 days. Access is blocked during the cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all ST999 products for a minimum period of 6 months. This is not reversible within the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ST999's total liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ST999 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime.
